GURE basque bistro was born as our most personal project, in the heart of our city and with our gastronomic tradition as the fundamental basis of the cuisine we offer.
We start from traditional Basque cuisine understood and interpreted in our own way. We offer very recognisable appetizers and classic starters and seasonal dishes, prepared with fresh products from nearby suppliers and in a traditional way.
Our aim is to make our customers feel at home, with a family atmosphere, where small details and a warm and welcoming atmosphere prevail.
All these adjectives, so typical of the bistro concept, together with our gastronomic proposal and a particular selection of wines, form the pillars of this exciting project.
